Our firm charges a flat fee in most bankruptcy cases. Our clients know with certainty how much the legal fees and costs will be in their cases. We offer free consultation to all new clients. During our initial meetings, we evaluate and analyze a case and explain the available options for the client and the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. If bankruptcy is not a feasible option, the client will incur no charges.
Effective legal representation requires close cooperation and great communications between attorney and client. To that end, we assure that all clients have easy access to our staff and legal counsel. Our clients consult frequently with our attorneys and staff personnel in person, by telephone, or by e-mail. All channels of communications are available and open to them.
